Brillica Ltd provides Professional cleaning Services for homes and Businesses. The scope of services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
2. Payment Terms

Payment is expected immediately when the client receives the invoice otherwise agreed in writing. - Payments may be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest charges at 3% per month.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property or site.
- Clients must disclose any health, safety, or security concerns in advance.
- Brillica Ltd will not be liable for delays or issues caused by inaccurate client information or restricted access.
5. Liability
- Brillica Ltd maintains full insurance for its staff and services.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 5 days’ written notice.
- Brillica Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes should be raised in writing within 2 days of the issue arising.
- We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
